What a fab evening of strengthening- Pilates fab for the body, great for the mind- it goes so quickly where we are concentrating on the breath and form.

Am thinking of doing a Thursday evening yoga
Flowing movement to stretch the body, breathing to calm the mind. Increases blood flow, improves flexibility and mobility good for the joints and bones and mental well-being.
Kingg eroge fifth football complex in a soundproof meeting room so plenty of car parking

I could potentially have more room on the shape shifter class Thursdays.
It would be king George 5 football complex (in one of their big meeting rooms.)
6 or 6.15pm. All over toning with 1kg dumbells and a resistance band to house music.

Also flow with Jo- stretch the body and calm the kind with some guided breathing at the end -potentially 7pm
