2 weeks back properly at it, feeling good but still playing catch up, few lagging body parts I need to bring up but very focused on my training atm, finally regaining that love, and looking forward to the first comp/challenge!

Back session today, trying to step the footage game up with credits to .field.566 for video skills. Return is coming along now the question is where / what show to take it too? Straight back to where I left off?

Little snippet from yesterday’s legs session, feeling stronger but still easing into this, can’t afford to have a week of DOMS, but as my recovery speeds up and condition improves I’ll be pushing harder and harder… safe to say legs are in bits today though… !

Journey back to the stage is very much in progress, especially with talking me into the comp next year for a possible return 🤷🏼‍♂️
