✨Reflecting on the past two years and how far I’ve come. Hosting a group session Friday and speaking in front of others—things I once thought were impossible—I’ve achieved.

Depression was a catalyst for change, pushing me to confront my fears and see myself and the world differently. I’ve learned the importance of self-compassion and setting boundaries.

Sometimes, the hardest situations can lead us to the paths we were always meant to follow.

I wanted to reintroduce myself as my page has recently gained some new followers ✨

My passion for healing started with my own healing journey, which is when I discovered there was a lot of unconscious negative behaviours that i needed to heal.

My healing journey has left me feeling the most liberated ive ever felt. This has led me to wanting to empower other women on their healing journey and to embrace their true selves.
