Last weekend we were at for RESET.26, supporting the charity M.A.T.E and it was an incredible event 🌲🔥

Seeing so many people experience the sauna and plunge pool for the first time was a real highlight. Proper heat, cold water and some brilliant conversations throughout the day.

One of our brilliant community partners, the Wild Swimming Club, is featuring on national TV tonight using their PortaSauna! 🤯📺

We are starting the year with some genuinely exciting news, and it centres around , founder of the Wild Swimming Club, who has been running unforgettable wild swimming and sauna experiences across the UK. If you follow Michael’s work, you will know the care, safety and passion that goes into every swim and every sauna session.

Recently, Michael hosted a very special guest. Robson Green joined him in Upper Swaledale, North Yorkshire, for a stunning waterfall swim followed by a sauna session in the wild.

That visit airs tonight on Robson Green’s Weekend Escapes on BBC Two at 6:30pm.

An incredible moment for Michael, the Wild Swimming Club, and the wider outdoor sauna community.
