❤️Tonight I had 2 95% pork sausages and Mediterranean Veg, lush! Light fry the veg, add a big dollop of cream cheese, garlic granules, smoky Mexican rub (optional)..
Cook till crisp or however you prefer .
Slap it on ya plate!
Then look forward to ya blueberries and cream, if you have skinny coffee syrups w*p a dash of that in to your cream cheeese or whipped cream for flavour!

You’ll find sometimes you have leftovers! This is always handy for the next day as low carb I find you can’t just grab a snack, it’s about preparation! I get a slice of ham, roll it with a cheese string and snack on that 😂
Also, chicken salad, egg salad, lots of green leafs!! Mayo and plenty of it!!

What’s your downfall girls?
Mine used to be Scoops Ice Cream!
But now I make my own with Whipping cream and full fat cream cheese!!😍😍
Add some flavouring like berries, even nuts if u want! All low low carbs and gets your body fat adapted to give you fuel for the day! In Keto fat is your fuel for the day! Questions?? Just ask 😘😘

Morning ladies, a days menu to see how you get on😘
Breakfast 🖤2 eggs however you want them with a slice of salmon or ham

Snack 🖤handful of nuts or a cheese string

Lunch 🖤Lettuce wraps! Or a green salad, with breast of chicken, add mayo full fat if desired

Tea🖤 Chilli or Spag Bol.full fat mince!!
No pasta but plenty of cheese!

Sweet treat 🖤 Blueberries (handful) or strawberries with half a tub of full fat Philadelphia or cream cheese!

With this being a Keto menu u may crave something Carby through the day! Please resist! Or have a strawberry!
Drink plenty of water, tea or coffee, use almond or coconut milk! Almond is cheaper, Aldi £1.

😍OMG!! Keto flatbread! 😍

1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/8 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic
Blend until smooth
Pour on parchment lined, baking sheet
bake for 40 minutes at 400°
After baking let cool for 5-10 minutes
Add pizza sauce mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, black olives
Bake 4 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted

So tonight was a slice of salmon, cauli & Brocolli with a generous helping of cheese, quickly melted in the Mickey or pop under the grill, minimal carbs from your veg! High in protein & fats! I do a Keto Way of eating which is high fats, medium protein and very low in carbs! This may not suit everyone so please do a little research. I will pop things on here and there is an app you can use also! My fitness pal is great! 😘
