Over the past few weeks ive felt truly greatful to hold this grounding,welcoming space for so many incredible women. Some expirencing reiki and energy work for the first time and others deep in their journey.

A reocurring theme that keeps popping up currently is the pull of reconnecting with yourself, the version of you before the world taught you it was safer to shrink or water yourself down. The need to release limiting beliefs that no longer support us,the urge to soften our shoulders and lay down our responsibilities and to simply just be.
