I love to keep our 1:1 appointments relaxing and peaceful so not every appointment is photographed, its all about taking time for yourself and leaving refreshed and lighter 🤍

We all know the strong men. The providers the doers.
The ones who work long days and hardly complain.

But burnout doesnt always look loud and dramatic,sometimes its quiet, heavy and constant.
My husband works long demanding days in construction and recently I saw just how heavy his exhaustion truly was, and it worried me.

So I did what I do best.
I helped his nervous system to slow down, a moment of calm for him to really settle.

Because strength doesnt mean you dont need rest.

🎀while my in person sessions are dedicated to women only this is a reminder that everyone deserves rest.

And if your a woman holding everything together right now,you deserve the same space to soften to🤍

Reiki is 60 minutes where you dont have to give.

No one needing you.
No one demanding anything.
No fixing.
No thinking.

Just lying down.
Breathing.
Being held.
A system reset.

🪷 Friday 13th Honour the godess you are🪷

For a long time i made myself smaller,quieter more palatable.
Today i take up space.

Today is a day to honour your journey,your lessons,the messy parts, the beautiful parts and everything in between.
Honour who you are and where you've been.

Im no longer dimming,no longer shrinking and definitely not behaving in ways that betray myself.

Take up space,Show the world the fire that lives inside you, the Sensuality,the wild,the raw the honest embodied women within.

Today is about sovereignty,I re met myself i reclaed my inner power, and now hold that safe sacred grounded space for you.

Once I embodied who I am,the messy,the raw the angry the beautiful it almost felt like a cheat code to life.
My relationship with myself softened, my relationship with others got stronger my energy felt clearer.
All parts of me got me to who I am today and whilst I dont have everything figured out we continue to move forward, and I know one thing.. I am no longer shrinking.

After a lot of reflection and time sitting with it, I will be leaving the wonderful self care retreat in the next few weeks, and transitioning into my own space.

From this space I will be mainly focusing on reiki, giving you a safe space for 1 to 1 energy healing.
I will still be offering lash lifts & gel nails.
Im so excited to welcome you into my space and share this chapter with you all.

Thank you to my lovely salon girls for all of your support and opportunities during my time with you all, not working with you all is going to take some getting used to🥹🫶🤍

How do you know if your energy needs cleaning?🦋

It isnt always obvious, sometimes nothing is wrong you just feel a little "off"
Rest isnt doing much for you, grounding and regulation tools aren't really landing like they would and emotions feels that little bit heavier.

Energy hygiene isnt about being high vibe ✨️ or woo woo✨️
Its about coming back into your own body.
Your body feels free
Your mind feels clear
Your emotions settle

🌿 As the friend who has always been " The listener, the therapist" I used to carry so much of others in my heart,my body and my energy.

Doing the deep energy work taught me the biggest lesson, you can hold a safe beautiful space,you can be present, caring and feel deeply for others and support people without absorbing everyone else's load.
