Wow! You don’t realise how much you’ve changed old habits until you cannot have your usual breakfast routine.
I’m up the hospital having the glucose test for pregnancy diabetes and for those that don’t know you cannot eat past 8.30pm the night before and I won’t be eating until after 11am today!! 😩
By 9 I’ve already had 3 different drinks that all do different things..
First drink - berry immune booster, not only tastes amazing, it helps with immune health, nasal comfort and the gut microbiome. It is also high in vitamin and minerals we need daily.
Second drink - aloe, this helps to cleanse and soothe the digestive system, amazing for bloating and it’s has 100 multivitamins.
