At GFC, our mission has always been simple; help you train harder, perform better and stay injury free. 💪

That’s why we’re excited to introduce a brand new service to the GFC community.

Meet Ziggy, a Physical Therapist and Human Performance Specialist with over 7 years of experience helping athletes recover from injury and perform at their best.

With a varied background working within the NHS and supporting thousands of clients, including professional athletes, Ziggy brings a huge amount of expertise to the GFC team.

This is another step towards making GFC more than just programming and coaching, it’s a complete support system for your performance, health and longevity.

We’re really excited to have Ziggy on the team and can’t wait for you to benefit from the expertise he brings to the GFC community. 🚀

LEARN FROM THE TEST

The Open is a test. It’s there to show you how your training is really going, not to hand you a workout that sits perfectly in your wheelhouse.

It should challenge you. It should expose weaknesses. That’s the whole point.

So stop complaining about the movements you haven’t trained. Learn from it instead.

If something showed up and it caught you out, good. That’s valuable information, that’s how the process works!

Now you know what needs work.

Find the holes.
Train them.
Fix them.

The goal is constant improvement and that only happens when your weaknesses are exposed.

Embrace the test. Then come back stronger next year. 💪

THE GOAL WAS CLEAR❗️

Since starting with GFC, the goal was clear, help her rediscover her love for Weightlifting and smash her competition PB total.

has done exactly that. Her commitment to training and constant self improvement is a true reflection of what showed on the platform. She has absolutely crushed the last six months, adding 18kg to her competition PB and coming incredibly close to making it 25kg, which is just mind blowing.

Taking 🥉 3rd place at the English Age Groups is an amazing achievement and so well deserved.

YOUR TECHNIQUE SHOULD BE IMPROVING!

Progress isn’t just about lifting heavier or moving faster. Yes, you can improve doing things badly… but the real magic is in refining your technique.

Better movement = better efficiency = more capacity = more long term progress.

Whether you’re in a group programme or 1-1 coaching, your technique should always be reviewed, challenged and improved. Aimlessly following along won’t give you the cues, corrections, or intent needed to truly develop.

Train with purpose. Master the basics. Progress forever.

Lift Heavy, Move Fast! PB’s All Around!

Days like this remind me exactly why I do what I do.

Watching athletes who’ve faced struggles, setbacks, disappointment and doubt step onto the floor… and not just meet expectations, but completely smash them, ’s what it’s all about.

PB lifts. Heat wins. Big performances. Even bigger smiles and a whole lot of fun along the way.

Every programme written, every session planned, every small detail, it’s all for these moments. Moments where hard work shows up, confidence grows and people realise what they’re truly capable of.

And the best part? The GFc community just keeps getting stronger.
