Raymond is a business owner who spent years
prioritising his work over his health and fitness. This
left him feeling low in energy, low in motivation and
far from where he wanted to be.
Like many people I speak to, Raymond was
previously 'in his own way', letting excuses, 'What ifs'
and overwhelm hold him back from following
through on his commitment to getting back in
shape.
It's easy to say you want to change, to talk about it
and to say you're going to do something... But its a
different thing entirely to take action and make it
happen.
In Raymond's words - "I've really accomplished
something fitness wise for the first time ever".
The approach we took was as follows:
✅Initial Consultation with Ed. This was to identify whether he was someone we knew we could help.
✅Information gathering phase. Lifestyle,
biomechanics, behavioral habits, motivational
drivers to name a few.
✅Roadmap - An ever changing blueprint with a
clear strategy in place in driving results quickly.
✅Programming - Convenient exercise, non
restrictive nutrition, recovery-energy increasing
strategies for starters.
✅Coaching and Support - Building a relationship
with the team, understanding the situation, open
communication daily.
Raymond's achieved more than just a physique
change. He's changed his lifestyle, his productivity
and the low motivation levels are a thing of the past.
Not sure who needs to hear this today but
committing to yourself and taking action, even if that
means stepping outside your comfort zone is
needed if you're struggling with 'low motivation'. The excuses you tell yourself aren't serving any other purpose than holding you back. You've got to take action otherwise it'll always be 'someday'
