Healthy skin isn’t about chasing trends or constantly changing products.
Before recommending anything, I always focus on three key areas: barrier health, lifestyle factors, and client consistency. When those foundations are in place, skin responds so much better.
Most skin struggles come from missing one of these pieces.
When we focus on the root causes and build a routine that’s realistic to follow, that’s when real change happens.
