Try pausing the video to model key words!
Keep printed copies of each of the boards as a reminder to use the boards during screen time or story time. Pairing words with visuals is an excellent way to support language development or give your minimally/non-speaking child an alternative means of communicating.

Some fun with the oats in the centre today.

A real highlight this week has been seeing some of the children we usually see in school for summer therapy sessions at the Centre. It’s been really good to be able to chat to their parents about their progress and things they can do at home, because as a rule we don’t see these parents when we are in school, and all the children absolutely loved having a play in our soft play room as a reward for their hard work 😊
