It's a new year , and I have a new mat ! 🤣 we all know i loved my old one.
Everyone grab your mats and let's move together !

Unfortunate news over the Christmas period that my prices for the halls were increasing and also my insurance. In 15 years I've only put prices up by £1 once, and i absorbed the extra . I no longer can with some weeks paying out my own pocket ..So to keep going and help cover costs i'm sorry but I'm asking for an increase of another £1 to help cover these. I want to make sure the cost is affordable to all so if anyone can't cover it but still wants to come please message me privately.

Costs for beginners will be £6
Cost for main classes will be £7.50

Hi all December is arriving tomorrow and with it comes another year completed on planet earth 🌏, its my birthday on Thursday so we are going to the lakes for a walk and out for a meal. I'm cancelling classes for Thursday so I dont need to rush back. Apologies for any inconvenience.
I will be doing classes until the 18th December then two weeks off for Christmas. Back Tuesday 6th January. ❤️

🍂 Autumn is in full swing and yoga classes are even more important to keep the body moving and the mind relaxed. Join us for either a gentle 45 minute movement class or more energetic hour class. Yours to pick. All by candle light with gentle movement and clear instruction. ✨️

Tuesday 7pm @ Hambleton village hall. Hour class

Hey yogi's . A reminder there is no class this Thursday (1st May) due to voting in our hall. Tomorrow's Tuesday class at hambleton is obviously still on.
6pm 45 minute gentle class
7pm main hour class.

ADVANCED NOTICE OF LEAVE: 13th and 15th May my weeks holiday. 🌴 🌞

Just a reminder there are no classes next Tuesday 25th March while we celebrate Millie's 18th 🎈. Thursday's classes are not effected.
