casualty management and Initial assessment, recovery position,

sprains and strains and much more...

We are looking forward to our 'First Aid For Outdoorsy Kids' workshop on the 17th February at .

We will cover calling for help, dangers and 'scene' management, bumps, bruises, cuts, scrapes, breaks, recovery position and CPR with lots of hands on practice for all.

It was our pleasure and absolute joy to sponsor Morgan on his debut MTB race at the mini downhill race in the forest of dean on Sunday.
After missing any real practice sessions due to bike and technical issues he learnt a vast amount and most importantly enjoyed every minute of the extreme black run finishing unscathed and smiling. Well done Morgan 👏🏼

We were very lucky to be asked back to the amazing Plas Menai recently to run our FIRST AID at WORK L3 for the brilliant instructors and staff at both and .

We also ran a vital Oxygen Therapy and Airway Management input.

We had great fun using the kit and equipment that the staff and instructors have access to both on land and water to be able to facilitate casualty care in a number of circumstances.
