Meet Gareth, our superstar fundraiser, who credits his Mersey Care NHS Charity fundraiser with 'changing his life!' The BTR Liverpool Mersey Tunnel 10k started a fitness transformation that not only raised funds to support our Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust services -- it also saw him go on to complete half marathons in cities across the North West!

Is a skydive on your bucket list? Our annual Mersey Care NHS Charity skydive takes place in May during and we're looking for people who would like to take part! 🪂

If you have the desire to take to the skies and experience the thrill of a tandem dive, taking part for a charity is a great way to do it -- as not only are you doing something amazing to support a brilliant cause, the cost is heavily discounted!

All funds raised will enable us to do some amazing things to support our mental health and community services across Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust, beyond the scope of the NHS. 🙏💙

Our Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge event is back for 2026! The walking challenge through the stunning Yorkshire Dales is great for individuals, friends and work teams. You'll be supported all along the 24.5 circular route by a skilled team of mountain guides - with free guided training walks in the run-up open to you too !🚶‍♀️🏔️⛰️🏔️

All funds raised will enable us to do some amazing things to support our mental health and community services across Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust, beyond what NHS funding alone can provide 🙏💙

✨Racing for recovery: Elsa celebrates 10K achievement at Aintree!✨

On a rain-drenched Sunday in December, Elsa Buckley, Assistant Practitioner in the ICRAS Central and South Urgent Therapy Team, proudly crossed the finish line at the world-famous Aintree Racecourse, home of the Grand National, completing her first-ever 10K run and raising funds to support Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust services.

She was inspired after reading our Impact Report and seeing the real difference our charity is making to people's lives across Cheshire and Merseyside and wanted to give back for the maternal mental health care she received following the birth of her daughter.

"As a previous recipient of excellent maternal mental health support from Silver Birch following the birth of my daughter - I can say the work that they do lies close to my heart."
