It’s Christmas Socks Day! 🎄

Today marks our first-ever Christmas Socks Day at Mersey Care NHS Charity and we’d love everyone to join in the festive fun! You can also help us raise funds to support people who access our Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust services - so that we can do the little things that make a huge difference when they are receiving treatment or being cared for by our services 💙

Here’s how to take part:

Cooking up confidence in Southport! ✨

We are proud to have funded a series of healthy eating courses which helped the Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust Early Intervention Team in Southport support service users and build confidence through cooking!

The courses with Brighter Living Partnership helped promote social inclusion and build cooking skills, with service users learning to prepare nutritious meals on a budget in a welcoming, hands-on environment. Feed back was excellent and the courses have had a lasting benefits to their health and wellbeing 🍳🥘💙
