We want the BEST carers and we are willing to pay possibly the BEST rates of pay in the area in order to build our AMAZING team of care assistants.
In return for paying above the REAL LIVING WAGE we expect high standards from our team.
Shifts: 8am-2pm and 2pm-8pm Monday to Sunday
Rotas: It is our aim to give everyone 2/3 days off per week, staffing levels permitting.
Holidays: 28 days per year
Hours: 12- 33 hours per week. Additional hours are always available.
Contract: We do not operate zero hour contracts
Pay: Monthly
We are a family run Care Home and we are keen to support inexperienced and experienced staff gain NVQ qualifications to help further their career prospects.
NVQ2 preferred but not essential.
