Prehistoric sites, such as here at Men an Tol, Penwith, Cornwall, fire up our imagination. Who created these mystical places and why?
People pass through this stone portal even today, to ward off diseases and protect from malign forces, its power remains through millennia.
This is our link to the people of the past, whose basic fears and uncertainties were probably the same as ours, though our worlds are so different.
Communication is a human response to trouble or uncertainty and counselling is a positive way to step through a portal to greater understanding.

Do you have a fractured sense of self? You may be unsure of choosing anything for yourself, perhaps you do not trust yourself to make decisions. This can be a response to difficulties in your life, it is a freeze response, it means that you are afraid to step forward, sometimes even in small ways.
Counselling can help to affirm the real you - to restore faith in yourself, by reflecting the real you.
