All raffle proceeds went to Halton Haven Hospice today. ยฃ75 raised at our Easter raffle and ยฃ68 from the Christmas raffle, bringing our total to ยฃ143 ๐Ÿ’™

๐Ÿ’™ Best Dressed award went to Lynette, who absolutely nailed it as an adorable Rudolph ๐ŸฆŒ

๐Ÿ’™ And special mention to Abi, who bravely took on the Devil Chip Challenge as part of Secret Santaโ€ฆ and handled it like a true champion ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ Well done, Abi!

At Bridgewater Home Care Frodsham & Halton, we take training seriously, because exceptional care starts with exceptional preparation. ๐Ÿ’ช

Before our new Care Specialists ever head out on their own, they complete a comprehensive in-house induction designed to give them the skills, knowledge, and confidence to provide outstanding care. This includes, but not limited to Medication training and Safe Moving & Handling training.

They then move on to our interactive online training, including the Care Certificate and over 16 mandatory topics to keep their skills and knowledge sharp. ๐Ÿ“–

Before stepping out independently, they also complete shadowing shifts with experienced Senior Care Specialists, learning from the best, in real care settings.

This is how we make sure that when a Bridgewater Care Specialist walks through a client's door, they're not just ready, they're outstanding. ๐Ÿ’™
