🌟 First Week of Recovery: Highlights from My Endometriosis Journey 🌟

The first week of recovery has been a rollercoaster, and I’m sharing my experience to raise awareness about the importance of self-care and patience during this critical time.

🌿 Rest is Everything 🌿
When they say “rest as much as possible,” they mean it! I made the mistake of trying to walk too soon, and the pain was real. Don’t rush it—your body needs time. Trust me, heat packs will be your new best friend. 💯

🍎 Nourish Your Body 🍎
Fueling my body with whole foods, high in fiber, and staying hydrated has been crucial. It’s helping me recover at a steady pace. Today, I finally managed to go for a 30-minute walk with just one break! Progress, no matter how small, is still progress. 🤟🏻

💖 Mental Health Matters 💖
Surround yourself with positive people who lift you up. Recovery might only take a week or two, but it can feel like a lifetime. My mental health took a hit, but I kept my head high. Remember, your health is your number one priority, and you know your body best. 💗

Stay strong, and take care of yourself—mind, body, and soul. You’ve got this! 💪

12 months of rekindling a friendship

12 months of discipline and motivation; telling this bad ass beauftiful woman she is drop dead amazing and everyone is human.

Never one plan is the same, this can be due to physical health, mental health, hormones, work life, height, age and all that jazz.

IF you ever get the same plan from someone RUN. Every week Nicole and I would call and check weigh in’s, talk about fad diets and how people are expected to barely eat to get their “desired” body.

This girl screams it is achievable with the right mindframe and coach relationship. Never stop thriving and I am so proud to be on the side line guiding you to a HEALTHIER body inside and out

The ability to show up and be consistent comes before motivation. I feel that motivation is a direct result of seeing a change and visually picturing what things in your life could look like. Being able to put one foot in front of the other, regardless of the doubts, the obstacles, and the situations that stand in your way, always think of the positive impact on whatever it is you’re striving for. Results will show! Take things slow. Show up for yourself. If you fall off track or get off course, it’s okay. But continue taking those small steps that accumulate to your desired outcome.

Motivation will come and your progress will continue forward, also a benefit when you train with you loco best friend 💯🤟🏻
