We are very pleased to announce that our GRAND TOTAL raised for local charity SeAscape in 2025 is £3000!
From walking the 43 miles of the River Ayr Way in rain (and shine) to our festive Winning Windaes and Heard In Clinic Calendar we are so grateful for all of the support you have given us as part of our CHC community this past year!
Their mission is to assist people of all ages to overcome the barriers to homelessness by providing the level, quality and choice of support which result in better more stable lives and social inclusion.
Such a worthwhile charity and it has been an absolute honour to support them as a team 💚
So next year... any thoughts??
If you'd like to nominate a charity, or a charity fundraising idea please let us know! All suggestions will be considered - maybe we'll get Craig waxed in 2026, our that bath of beans for Francesca may just happen...

Francesca graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, University of Glamorgan, in 2008 with a First Class Honours Degree in Chiropractic and Graduate of the Year Award. Following this, she returned to Scotland, has worked in Glasgow, Ayr and Kilmarnock and now runs two clinics in Ayrshire (Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri - Prestwick and Tues - Kilmarnock).
Since graduating, Francesca has continued to expand her therapeutic skills. She is a fully certified Diplomate CranioSacral Therapist (CST-D) and Visceral Manipulation Practitioner (CVMP) and has also passed board exams in Applied Kinesiology. She also uses Neural Manipulation and Lymph Drainage Therapy, thus offering a highly integrated approach to healthcare. In 2019 she completed Doula Training to help support mums through their pregnancies, labour and delivery and beyond. She is Webster Certified through the International Chiropractic Paediatric Association and has completed their modular training programme to help better serve families in her community.
Francesca also enjoys supporting students through their training journey, running regular CST study groups, Introductory classes and offering mentorship.
In 2011 she also became a certified APPI Pilates Instructor and routinely holds classes as well as one-to-one sessions across the south west of Scotland and in 2017 Francesca trained as a Hypopressives instructor to further add to her rehab services.
Francesca welcomes patients of all ages and backgrounds including babies, children and adults.
