Lots of big THANK YOUS to give on our 5th Anniversary Weekend!

So here goes:

💚 to my family who have the continuous battle of trying to keep me sane - not an easy feat over the past 5 years, and beyond...

(Almost) Final prep is being completed as we speak for our 5th Birthday Party at the clinic tomorrow.

It's been a total rollercoaster of a 5 years, with navigating covid pandemics to getting the right-fit team to amazing patient successes and building an incredible community we get to be a part of helping every.single.day.

Open invite where you can drop in anytime between 3pm and 6pm - we've got cakes, drinks, party games, music, a tombola and sparklers too for the garden!

Please come on down to join us - there's a few too many cakes and bottles of prosecco for us just to be enjoying it ourselves...

If anyone wants to play some live music to help us out due to a last minute injury - please send us a DM 🙏

About Us

Francesca graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, University of Glamorgan, in 2008 with a First Class Honours Degree in Chiropractic and Graduate of the Year Award. Following this, she returned to Scotland, has worked in Glasgow, Ayr and Kilmarnock and now runs two clinics in Ayrshire (Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri - Prestwick and Tues - Kilmarnock).

Since graduating, Francesca has continued to expand her therapeutic skills. She is a fully certified Diplomate CranioSacral Therapist (CST-D) and Visceral Manipulation Practitioner (CVMP) and has also passed board exams in Applied Kinesiology. She also uses Neural Manipulation and Lymph Drainage Therapy, thus offering a highly integrated approach to healthcare. In 2019 she completed Doula Training to help support mums through their pregnancies, labour and delivery and beyond. She is Webster Certified through the International Chiropractic Paediatric Association and has completed their modular training programme to help better serve families in her community.

Francesca also enjoys supporting students through their training journey, running regular CST study groups, Introductory classes and offering mentorship.

In 2011 she also became a certified APPI Pilates Instructor and routinely holds classes as well as one-to-one sessions across the south west of Scotland and in 2017 Francesca trained as a Hypopressives instructor to further add to her rehab services.
