Today the clinic was host to the West of Scotland CranioSacral Therapy Study Group! 😁

Lots of fabulous therapists joined Francesca at the clinic here in Prestwick from all over Scotland to hone their skills with some new recruits who have recently completed the Introduction to CST course in March this year!

Today we troubleshooted some challenges faced clinically and learned more about the muscles we influence from within the mouth along with refining our light-touch which is essential to help the body to correct with CST.

Lots of fun was had and all of us learned lots - there's always more to learn! 🥰

We are so fortunate to also have mum Jenna working as part of the team now as well, so we can keep up to date with Noah's progress behind the scenes too 🥰
