Our terrific Theresa has lost more than 4 stone this year after changing her mindset around her eating habits 🌟

Our lovely Kim has lost a sensational 2.5 stone since joining us and her target weight is in sight! 🤩

Hi everyone my name is Becky and I run the Slimming World group at Prudhoe every Tues and Wed.

I used to run the group 15 years ago and came back to it after a relocation.

A member of Slimming World myself on and off for 20 years now! I really understand the highs and lows of tackling weight loss. I always felt better with the support and community of being at a group.

I've lost 3 stone with Slimming World and its made a massive difference to my health.

For weeks I had siatic nerve pain and through adjusting my diet to eat a varied and healthy choice of food I no longer have pain.
