Always well Nourished

Always well Nourished If you want to eat healthily, forget about calories and points — it’s the quality of the food you eat that counts, not the quantity.

I’m Karen Bull, and I live in East Herts with my three girls. In 2000, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and it obviously turned my world upside down. I tried various recommended treatments, but they all seemed to make things worse. When I found out on the internet about using diet and other natural methods, it rang true. I was determined to try this route, in spite of my neurologist pouring scorn on the idea. I persisted with healthy eating and healthy living — and I got better. Today, even the medical world admits that I’m very healthy. Naturally, this experience has left me eager to share what I’ve discovered. The basics are simple — eat real food, especially fruit, vegetables and wholefood, and drink lots of water. But there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. My approach is to help and encourage clients to research what works for them personally, rather than sell a formula. I’m a living witness to the far-reaching effects of getting your diet right. Let me help you find your own answers.
