We make delicious bakes in small batches with very fine ingredients. We are a registered charity working with adults with learning disability/ autism / Downs Syndrome. Available for local delivery as well as at cafe outlets, markets and fairs in West Sussex.

What an incredible milestone! From its vision originating during Covid, Chanctonbury Leisure Centre has grown into so much more than just a place to keep fit — it’s become a true hub serving so many sectors of the community 💚

JubyLee Bakes is super proud to be part of your journey and delighted to celebrate alongside you! Thank you Emily for representing all our bakers!

🌿 The floodwaters have receded over Pulborough Brooks and what a beautiful sight it is… blue skies, fresh green fields and that unmistakable feeling that spring is in the air! 🌼

And with spring comes something even more exciting… Easter is on its way – Hallelujah! 🐣✝️✨

Our kitchen has been busy creating these utterly indulgent luxury Easter brownies … think rich, fudgy bases topped with creamy chocolate swirls, mini eggs, or gooey crème eggs and generous drizzles of white chocolate 🍫🐣

Perfect for a weekend treat (or two… we're not looking! 😉), and made with the care, skill and teamwork of our amazing bakers 💛

🎉 10 YEARS OF JUBYLEE BAKES 🎉

Ten years ago, a group of young people with learning disabilities took a leap of faith and entered a Dragon’s Den-style competition…

…and they won.

💥That moment sparked the beginning of something very special.

From borrowed kitchens in church halls…
To our very own kitchen in Thakeham…
To Great Taste award-winning bakes, markets, cafés, and community events, and catering in some spectacular locations like Arundel Castle!

💛 JubyLee Bakes was born — and has been changing lives ever since.

Some of our original bakers have now moved on to exciting new adventures (we are so proud of you all 👏)

But we’re delighted that Kate (purple apron), Siobhain and Simon are still right here — working hard, building skills, and continuing to make JubyLee Bakes what it is today. 💪🍰

🎙 And a special moment this week — Simon went live on BBC Sussex Radio yesterday, sharing the JubyLee Bakes story on air. We couldn’t be prouder. Thank you Sarah Gorrell💛

This journey would never have been possible without the people who believed in us from the very beginning.

🙏 Huge thanks to Lorraine Nugent and Turner MBE for believing in us when it mattered most.

And to every single one of our friends, customers, supporters and volunteers — thank you for walking alongside us over the past 10 years. 💛

🌟 Talent starts young! 🌟

There is huge talent among the families of our young people. Jenny’s brother, Jolyon Sutcliffe, has co-produced and directed the fabulous new dinosaur series now out on Netflix!

It seems the signs were there very early on…Jolyon’s very first dinosaur film was made when he was just 5 years old! 🦖🎬

From childhood creativity to a major international documentary series – we love seeing where passion and imagination can lead. Huge congratulations Jolyon!

JubyLee is lovin' it ! Dark rye knækbrød krispbread snack bites with organic pumpkin, chia, linseed and extra virgin olive oil in Chanctonbury Leisure Centre cafe this week. Superseedie bars with mango and coconut scheduled for next week's delivery! Vegan biscoff tiffin also available when a dark Belgian chocolate fix is needed!!
