On Tuesday, the team at CareYourWay Chester had great fun taking part in St Patrick’s Day celebrations! 🇮🇪

Our carers and office team got into the spirit by wearing green and spreading plenty of smiles while out supporting our wonderful clients throughout the day. ☘️💚 It was lovely to bring a little extra cheer, laughter and celebration into our clients’ homes.

We also play an important role in supporting safe hospital discharges. Once an assessment has been completed, we work efficiently to put care packages in place within 48 hours, helping people return home sooner with the right support around them. This not only reduces time spent in hospital but also allows individuals to recover in the comfort of their own home, where they feel most secure. 🏥➡️🏡
Building strong, trusting relationships with our clients is at the heart of everything we do. At CareYourWay Chester, we are privileged to support so many wonderful ladies in our community who have spent their lives caring for others, raising families, and creating special memories. Today is a day to recognise and thank them for everything they have done and continue to do. 🌷

We also want to take a moment to think about those who may find today difficult. To the mums who have sadly lost a child, those who are missing their own mothers, and anyone carrying a quiet sadness today — you are in our thoughts. 💕

We are also sending love to all the fur mums who care for their beloved pets like family every single day. 🐾

Recently, Ieuan and Becky had the pleasure of attending a local job fair to represent CareYourWay Chester and speak with people interested in starting or developing a career in care. 💛

It was a fantastic day meeting so many enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the community. We had some great conversations about what it’s really like to work in care, the rewarding experiences that come with supporting people in their own homes, and the opportunities available within our growing team. 🏡✨

We’re always proud to share what makes CareYourWay Chester such a supportive and rewarding place to work — from our dedicated team to the meaningful relationships we build with our clients every day.
