Today, on World Mental Health Day, take a moment to come back to your body and the present moment.

Close your eyes. Take a slow breath.
Imagine roots growing from your feet into the earth, steady and strong.
With each inhale, feel calm. With each exhale, release tension.

You can always return to your breath, your body, your now.
