I talk to all of my clients about this plate method so thought I'd share it. It focusses on ensuring you cover half of your plate with veg or salad, then the other two quarters with protein and healthy carbs. You can also include a bit of healthy fat (avocado, olives, olive oil, cheese etc too). The protein doesn't need to be meat and can be plant based sources such as tofu, beans, edamame, quinoa etc. This way of eating ensures you are balancing your blood sugar and giving your body a good range of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients which will help to minimise many menopause symptoms.

I've been running Vitality with Emily for over four years now and in that time I've seen a huge variety of clients with different goals and health issues they want to address and I've really enjoyed supporting each of them on their personal journey and seeing their transformation.

Over the last few months I've been working on my messaging and my target audience and I wanted to share my new website text with you all - I will now be mainly looking to work with women in midlife to navigate hormonal changes by learning to nourish their bodies and achieve weigh-loss with the help of a fully or partially plant-based diet.
