JUST LOOK 👀 AT THESE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS........................

After feeling her weight was holding her back, Kim joined Slimming World and lost 9st 10lbs (61.7kg)... while still enjoying her favourite foods, and a drink (or two) with friends 🥂! Cheers to that!

Research done by Slimming World says Kim isn’t alone – 85% of members were surprised they could lose weight while still eating foods they loved, including roast dinners, fish and chips, and spaghetti bolognese, especially the pasta 🍝

Small Wins, Big Results!

Not every post has to be a before-and-after… sometimes it’s just about showing up for yourself, one choice at a time. 💚

Today’s win? I stuck to plan, even when I really wanted to order a takeaway.
Instead, I made a fakeaway chicken kebab with salad and homemade garlic yogurt sauce — and honestly? It HIT the spot!

I might not have a dramatic transformation pic, but here’s what I do have:
✔️ More energy
✔️ A better mood
✔️ Clothes that fit just a bit better
✔️ Pride in sticking with it

If you needed a sign to keep going — this is it.
Your progress matters, even if the scales don’t move overnight.
Let’s celebrate the little things!
