Sarah is one of our target members, and she’s exactly the kind of person we love to see in our classes. She’s made some amazing changes—she no longer picks at food and now stops eating when she’s full.
She enjoys ordering meals from Slimming World Kitchen, which offers a range of healthy, portion-controlled ready meals and recipes designed to make healthy eating easier and enjoyable.
The results speak for themselves. Sarah can now fit comfortably into her clothes without feeling uncomfortable or unwell, and her portions are smaller at lunch and dinner.
What makes Sarah’s experience so special is the support she gets in class. She’s tried Slimming World many times before, but without the right environment, it was hard to stick with it. Our welcoming classes, where people can talk openly about food and share ideas, have made all the difference for her.
In the past, Sarah had only ever lost a stone at most. But keeping up with her busy life and enjoying class has kept her motivated.
Sarah knows the change has to come from within. When she gets frustrated squeezing into tight clothes, she reminds herself that only she can take action—and now, with the support and ideas from class, she can.
