Experience a serene sound bath designed to welcome the new day with tranquility. Gentle vibrations and soothing tones will wash over you, preparing your mind and spirit for the hours ahead.

This unique session is crafted to promote a sense of peace and mindfulness as you transition into your day. Allow the resonant frequencies to harmonise your inner self, fostering a calm and centered start. Embrace the restorative power of sound as you greet the morning.

Good Morning everyonex
Think we can all relate to this in some way or another.
Sometimes the quickest yet most helpful thing to do to help ourselves is become immersed in sound.

Different sounds help our healing journey by creating various frequencies and vibrations which our body and mind recognise and respond to.

So of your mind is running at 100 miles per hour you need time to sit with those thoughts, then listen to some music. So many forms of music out there use similar frequencies & binaural beats similar to those you would receive at a sound bath which could help.

Good morning everyone wishing you all a soulful Sunday of peace & joy x

I hope the day enables plenty healing and restorative rest x

Just as you would listen to the frequencies of your favourite song to heal. The crystal bowls have a similar effect creating vibrational frequencies that aid healing, tapping into the brain waves to change and alter brainwave frequencies that effect feelings & emotions which can help us with that healing process. x

It doesn't stop here there are so many benefits to all the instruments I use within a sound bath each creating different harmonious sounds and frequencies that will guide you to feeling less stressed & more relaxed.

If perhaps this resonates with you why not pop along and give it a try,? We are a friendly & accessible group everyone is welcome x

You can bring something like a yoga mat or similar to lay on or perhaps you rather be seated on one of the hall chairs.
