Good morning everyone
Hope you all have a wonderful day x
Our bodies are amazing at processing different information through out the day. When we wake in the morning our brains shift into an active beta phase. One of 4 phases used.
During a sound bath we create a range of different vibrational frequencies that trigger "brainwave entrainment," shifting the brain from active beta waves to slower alpha, theta, and delta waves. This promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional release within minutes, often bypassing the need for long-term meditation practice.
Key Effects on Brain Waves
Alpha Waves (8–14 Hz): Increased by low-frequency sounds, promoting a state of calm alertness, relaxation, and reduced stress.
Theta Waves (4–8 Hz): Encouraged by, for example, the, beating sounds of a singing bowl, facilitating deep, meditative states,, emotional processing, and, vivid mental imagery.
Delta Waves (0.5–4 Hz): Induced by, deep, resonant sounds, which, can lead to, , profound, restful, states,, , resembling, restorative, sleep.
Reduced Beta Waves: The "busy" and, anxious, brainwaves associated with, daily stress are significantly lowered.
All of this can significantly reduce stress and anxiety, restore inner balence, calm and so much more.
