Hi I’m Sam the founder of The Chakra Room… a holistic health and spiritual centre offering therapies, courses and workshops in the heart of Ramsbottom and also the founder of Kokoro a brand new festival which was very recently launched with great success in Ramsbottom.
A few weeks have passed since Ramsbottoms first health, well being and spirit festival Kokoro took place and I am finally landing and very much enjoying the reflection of its huge success and looking forward to where we can take this next.
This year marks my 25th year as a holistic therapist and in those 25 years I have developed and grown as a therapist and expanded my offerings in the wellbeing space from one to one holistic therapies to offering courses and workshops, mentoring and personal development, supporting individuals, groups and organisations in all areas of health, wellbeing and spirit.
I am passionate about health and wellness, I believe we have so many ways to choose the best for ourselves and that we are never stuck. This is where centres like the chakra room with its wealth of therapies and offerings shine, they are a safe space to find alternative health, ways in which to support yourself and to align you to your health, mental health, soul and purpose.
I greatly believe in community and collaboration and from all of this Kokoro was born…Kokoro in essence means heart and when we can find balance and alignment in our heart and soul all of our life improves. This festival was fully in its heart from the off with a wonderful team and support, each person involved was fully on board and part of a community from the very start and that was felt through the whole event.
