A session yesterday wasn't a typical Reiki session.....

My client opted to have the radio on instead of the 'relaxing' music and read their book during the session instead of laying with an eye pillow on. This is how they felt most relaxed so of course I honoured this.

Sessions can be tailored to your needs so that you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout

✅️ Rather be sat up than laying down? No problem
✅️ Want to have a playlist of your choice on? You got it
✅️ You would prefer not to have a 'hands on' session? The session can be done completely without touch if you would prefer

Healing looks different for everyone and I will always try to accommodate a clients needs. Just let me know ahead of your appointment so I can make the session as comfortable for you as possible 🪷

I love cleansing my treatment room, any crystals used and myself after every session ✨️

Through a combination of smudging, a sound bowl and of course Reiki I ensure all energies that are no longer needed are cleared away🙏

Smudging (also known as burning sage) is an ancient practice rooted in indigenous culture. The smoke is said to cleanse and purify the energies of spaces, items and people. All ready for the next healing session 🪷

The summer holidays are fast approaching so from Monday 28th July my availability will be reduced to Monday sessions only until September.

Over this period I will be offering Saturday morning sessions so if you would like to book in on a Saturday just pop me a message ✨️💫

What a beautiful session I've just had the pleasure of holding ✨️

My lovely client came to me admitting she was skeptical of Reiki. From our first session she fell in love with it and has been a treasured client ever since 🫶

Watching her growth and progress has been incredible. Someone who came to me 'frazzled' has now become calmer, has set firmer boundaries and is ready to welcome in the abundance that she now believes she deserves 🙌

The word that came to me during the session today was 'unshakeable' - a word that resonated with her so much.

Thank you for trusting me with your energy and allowing me to be part of your healing journey. It is an honour 🙏

Our bodies have an innate and extraordinary ability to heal themselves - they constantly work to maintain balance and repair. While our bodies are designed to heal themselves, many factors can get in the way of this process.  Of course lifestyle choices but also life experiences and emotions can get trapped within our bodies which can throw off our natural balance.  We may not be consciously aware of them but our bodies keep the score 🤍

Reiki works to restore balance in the energy system which promotes our body's self-healing abilities 🫶 The practioner's role is to channel the healing energy into the recipient’s body, set only with the intention of working for the recipient’s highest good. We are purely a channel for the Reiki energy and cannot influence or control the healing that takes place 🙌

The recipient’s higher self knows what needs healing and gently lifts the obstacles to encourage the healing process 🙌 Which means the person is ultimately their own healer.  How incredible is that?!? ✨️
