At Nels care we also provide semi-independent supported living for children and young vulnerable adults between the ages of 16 to 24 years old, experiencing complex trauma and additional support needs, aiming to provide the care and support they need in line with the Children's Act 1989, 2004, (Every Child Matters Outcome).
