My foundation! International women’s day has to celebrate my dad too because without this unit growing up would have been a completely different journey. My mum is an absolute warrior in the face of serious pain she has always come through it all with a huge smile of her face. Strong, independent and fiercely loyal I’ve always admired how strong she is and determined, the best cook and baker always keeping our bellies full of love. My sister the creator of the hugely successful has always inspired me to find my passion in life. Her drive and innovation is seen everyday through her creations in the bakery and at home with her family. She pushes herself everyday to be great at what she does which shines through her staff. A true perfectionist in every way I’ve always admired your attention to detail, an absolute grafter which has ultimately lead you to where you are now a super human. Then there’s my dad, what a star and legend you are, running a business and still going in your 70’s I don’t think I’ve ever known a day you haven’t worked. Completely adores my mum, likes to be the life and soul of any gathering and a true know it all about everything and anything.
I’m the person I am because of you all and am so proud to be where I am in life at the moment. I’m so grateful to my family, I’m a better person because of you. Work ethic, creativity, graft, building connections, friendships, and above all else showing empathy, kindness and the ability to listen is a skill set I’ve learnt from my family. I appreciate you and love you deeply - thank you 🙏 ♥️
