You think you are living but you are doing something priceless every day. You won’t know until it is gone. I never thought I would be the one that had to retire from running. Am pleased we ran. Cannot wait to re-set over Christmas! It isn’t about presents but being present. Is anyone else counting down the days to family time and being? I can’t wait to just be. No schedule. No alarm. Just breathing. Just being. Am so grateful for everyone I have in my life and especially to have all my family with me. Take it in. The here and now. Presence is present enough 🎁
