Monday 2nd March 2026
We will be moving to a total triage system for all GP appointments from Monday 2nd March.
We have already been using this system for routine requests over the past 3 months, and it has been working well. We hope that by extending it to all GP requests, that this will ensure that everyone is seen in the right place, at the right time, by the right person.
If you need a GP appointment, advice, or a visit, please complete the online triage form via ACCURX (purple box) on our website: www.audleymills.co.uk. Both clinical and non-clinical requests can be submitted.
A clinician will review your request and take the appropriate action. If an appointment is needed, this will be arranged or a booking link sent via reception.
We aim to respond to requests on the same day, although during very busy periods routine requests may be answered the next working day.
Requests can be submitted Monday to Friday, 8.00am–6.30pm.
If you have any issues such as problems with internet access, find online forms difficult, have a language barrier, disability, impaired sight, are neurodivergent, or are in mental health crisis, our care navigation team can help you by completing the form over the phone or in person if needed.
You can complete the form for yourself or for someone else, and no login or password is required.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition and hope this will become a successful and effective way for patients to communicate with the surgery.
