4 down, 0 to go. Day 4 of 4 DONE! Upper body done 🔥 today! Crushed my session with seated shoulder press, dumbbell chest press, pull-ups, bench dips, hammer curls & leg pull-ins 💪🏾✨ 9 PBs hit – and I’m honestly feeling the strongest, fittest, and most confident I’ve ever been. 4 out of 4 done. Rest day tomorrow and weekend. We go again on Monday 💪🏾❤️

3 down, 1 to go. Day 3 of 4 DONE. 7 PBs achieved which I am so happy about. Am not even gonna mention the leg press 🙈🥰. So legs and tum done, feelings kind of unstoppable. Today was all about lower body power and pushing limits I think I achieved that :

2 down, 2 to go. Day 2 of 4 done! Today’s upper body workout was ok. I’ve done better. Chest press ✅, lat raises ✅, cable rows ✅tricep pushdowns ✅ and hammer curls ✅. I don’t know how I managed it, but I got 7 PBs so I must still be improving. These little wins feel like a big deal to me. It’s not about lifting the heaviest - it’s about getting stronger in my own way both mentally and physically. You know the rest…we go again tomorrow 💪🏾❤️

1 down 3 to go. Day 1 of 4 done. Every rep, every squat, every lunge - it all adds up. This isn’t just a workout - it’s a commitment to strength, to discipline, to becoming my strongest self.
