How can I book an appointment at Derma Reading?

There are a number of options for booking in to see one of our Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons and Nurses at Derma, so you can choose whichever best suits your needs. All of our staff are kind, patient and understanding and promote Derma’s ethos of Patient-led care.

- Between our team we accept almost all insurance companies and all of our staff members see self pay patients.
- Our telephone line - 0118 466 0935 -is open between 8am and 5pm from Monday to Friday. Between these hours 95% of calls are answered within 30 seconds. All of our admin staff are trained to be able to direct you to the correct person for support so you are not seeing professionals unnecessarily.
- We have an online booking system on our website www.derma.co.uk where you can book yourself into our online system.
- You can email into admin@derma.co.uk where we will be able to assist you further and help you find the best person to start your treatment with.
- If you have been referred from your GP then we will receive the referral and get in contact with you to decide where best to start your treatment journey.
- You are also more than welcome to come and visit us in the clinic where we can answer any questions and help book you in. It is not possible to see a medical professional without an initial appointment.
- We can help you work with insurance companies, because we know how stressful getting approval can be!
