Recap from yesterday chest workout .
1️⃣Bench Press 100kg for 9 reps … was aiming for 10 but we move .
2️⃣Plate loaded chest press ….. this was a lot heavier than expected , thought I’d get 10 but o well
3️⃣DB incline press - 40kg for 10 3 sets …. Happy with this set .
