👣NEW September - October course.

💛💚 4 week Baby Reflexology Courses suitable for babies newborn to pre-crawling.

🌻Sessions will be held Wednesday mornings at the beautiful Englefield Village Hall.

🌻These baby led sessions will provide quality time for you and your baby and an opportunity to learn 7 Reflexology routines and the many benefits of Infant Reflexology.

🌻 At the end of each session there will be plenty of time for you to chat and get to know other parents. Refreshments will be provided.

🌻 Handouts of all the routines we learn in class will be given, so you can carry on using the techniques at home.

🌻Certificate on completion.

🌻Your course tutor is me, Lianne 😊 I qualified as a Reflexologist and Massage Therapist 19 years ago and have been a Certified Infant Massage Therapist for 16 years as well as running sensory classes for Babies and children under 5 so you're in good hands 😀

🌿Reflexology is a therapy that works on the basis that the body is interconnected. Different areas on the feet correspond to various organs and systems in the body. By applying gentle pressure to these reflex points, the body is stimulated to bring about a sense of balance and promote healing.

🌿Over 4 weeks, learn the many benefits of Baby Reflexology in a small group setting.
🌿This course is aimed at babies from birth to precrawling and each session is always baby led.
🌿Take home handouts of each routine to practice at home and to build your own course folder.
🌿Each session is 1.5 hours long with plenty of time for a chat with other parents over a cuppa and a sweet treat.

🌻Friday was the final week of our first Reflexology course. We went through the teething routine and our only hand Reflexology routine 'Happy Hands', we also recapped a previous routine to make sure everyone in the group felt confident in the movements.

🌻As it was the last class, the group received their certificates, made some special footprints and photos...and of course we had plenty of time for a nice cuppa and a delicious muffin.

🌻On Thursday, this little one enjoyed his first Reflexology session with his mummy in the comfort of his own home. We covered the Wellbeing Routine and had time for a little song at the end. I'm looking forward to seeing him again early next week for his second session 👣

🌻Week 3 already! Our lovely group learned 2 new routines; The Respiritory Release Routine and Skin Soothe, we also recapped the Wellbeing Routine from week 1.
During our session today we also shared new parent hacks and sang a couple of songs with our babies 🎵
At the end of the session we always have time to chat and for me to make everyone a cuppa with a little treat.
You were all wonderful today, thank you for a lovely afternoon 💚

🌻It was week two of our Baby Reflexology course today. This week was about the Digestive System and how this routine can help with colic, gas, constipation and reflux. We also did a routine called Soothe and Sleep to help Baby settle before sleepy time or during night waking when they're finding it hard to regulate their little bodies.
You'll notice a bit of colour in this week's set up as we included a song using coloured scarves which the babies all loved 🥰
We had plenty of time at the end for a nice cuppa ☕️ and a sweet treat for the mummies.
Well done ladies, you were amazing 👏

Do you have a Baby who is 6 weeks - precrawling?

Would you be interested in a free 4 week Baby Reflexology course on Friday afternoons?

🌻I am looking for 6 babies along with their parent/ carer to help me complete my Infant Reflexology Training.

🌻Sessions will be held in The Calcot Centre Annexe in a small group setting.

🌻These sessions will provide quality time for you and your baby and an opportunity to learn 7 Reflexology routines and the many benefits of Infant Reflexology.

🌻 At the end of each session there will be plenty of time for you to chat and get to know other parents. Refreshments will be provided.

🌻 Handouts of all the routines we learn in class will be given, so you can carry on using the techniques at home.

🌻You must be happy to provide feedback at the end of the 4 week course so it is important that you are available to attend all dates where possible.

🌻The course consists of 4 Friday afternoon sessions

Friday 7th March - 1.30 - 3pm
Friday 14th March - 1.30 - 3pm
Friday 21st March - 1.30 - 3pm
Friday 28th March - 1.45 - 3.15
