Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas, thank you for the memories in 2025 - It has certainly been a time for change and a time for reflection.

Starting new is always full of uncertainty and a lot of learning along the way but I love the time we spend together every week. Thank you so much for your continued support whether you have attended one of my Reflexology Courses, Sensory Play Classes or holiday specials.

I am now taking some time out to spend time with my family, so have a wonderful Christmas and I will see you soon xx

(I have had some of you asking about new year bookings.. truth is, I have run out of time so will post on the socials once the new term is bookable. We will be returning w/c 12th January)

Wow! We have completed our first full term of Busy Bee Sensory Play Classes at .bee.baby.hub and I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has come along 💛
Regular classes have now finished for this year, but we do have our Christmas sessions running on Monday and Tuesday 🎅🤗 There are some spaces remaining on the Mixed age classes at 11.05 in Purley and Calcot which can be booked via the website www.bookwhen.com/littlebeebabyhub

Over the years of working with parents, one subject that is regularly discussed amongst parents is tummy time.
New parents are always being told it is important but become frustrated that their baby cries and worry they are not getting enough tummy time or how to encourage it.
As a qualified tummy time instructor, I am happy to offer advice during our sessions - whether it's what counts as tummy time, suggested activities or positioning to make it something you will both enjoy 😊

Morning! Today is all about emptying the car, cleaning and packing away.. why does it feel like there's more stuff after a class than before?

🌻Babies are very responsive to Reflexology and enjoy having their feet touched...just look at how happy this little girl is receiving treatment 🤗💛
I'm often asked how Baby Reflexology differs to 🌻Baby Massage.. Baby Reflexology helps to restore the body's internal balance and promote healing in organs and systems, rather than directly on muscles and tissue. I teach parents 6 different routines on the feet to help with common ailments such as Digestive issues - colic, gas, constipation, reflux. It can help relieve Respiratory discomfort of colds, sinus congestion, teething, aid relaxation, wellbeing and encourage better sleep. I also teach a routine for hand reflexology.
