- you would like a sooner appointment then one booked with your GP.

- you want help with communication with your GP for NHS follow up

- you would like to see a private specialist and need a referral letter

- you need a medical report

- you need a NMC health declaration verification

抑鬱有良方 - 心理健康工作坊 2.0!!!

情緒低落？成日無心機咩都唔想做？覺得自己唔夠人好嫌自己呢樣又做唔好嗰樣又做得差？咁你可能經歷緊所謂嘅low mood/depressed mood/抑鬱/低迷期啦。不過唔使怕，抑鬱如感冒，每個人都總會經歷過。而且正如感冒有藥食，抑鬱亦可以透過行為認知治療(Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy)嘅技巧改善。

僑福香港人將繼續聯同港僑以及Surrey County Council，舉行一連三個星期六嘅實體工作坊，帶大家認識抑鬱，進而學習行為認知嘅技巧面對抑鬱，歡迎所有有興趣嘅朋友參加！

五月十七日是"世界高血壓日"。最近好高興可以在 Reading 和 Wokingham 港人coffee morning分享了"高血壓"這個重要的話題。 當日大家也好有興趣量度自己的血壓，也幫大家解答到對高血壓和英國醫療的疑問。
