Tonna Care is a quality Care provider for the Adults/Children and Elderly with disabilities providing care support in the client’s home out in the community.
Looking to hire Support Workers to join a friendly, vibrant and supportive local community enterprise in Reading we offer social care support on a one to one basis - from helping people in their own homes, to supporting people to do things in the community, delivering a person centered approach. Having a positive and friendly attitude to the people you support is fundamental to this role. We require support workers to be reliable, to use their common sense and their initiative whilst being pro-active, flexible and adaptable to different situations. A high degree of integrity is required as their customers rightly expect total mutual trust to be demonstrated.
Employment can be on a permanent or a zero hours basis which provides you with flexibility to work the hours and days that suit your personal circumstances.
