Hi I’m Lorna

I believe that being relaxed, mindfulness and a positive outlook are the keys to good mental health, self-esteem and emotional resilience.

I am based in Woodley and offer my services all around Berkshire to all age groups; in schools, from preschool to high school tailored to your needs. I also offer 1 to 1s, family and community group sessions. Check out my website for the latest community classes -www.berelaxed.co.uk

My classes offer the space to learn and develop self care tools and techniques in a very fun, imaginative, mindful way, to help feel happier, more positive and empowered with skills for life.

In our classes we have lots of fun, incorporating movement, breathing, stretching and affirmations.
