We love to see all of the wonderful ways people choose to fundraise for Sport in Mind, especially when it comes from inspiring young people- like Jack from The Croft Preparatory School who has been very creative with how he is supporting Sport in Mind!

"I have chosen to create 4 x fun, physical activity posters, which are easy for all ages to do. This will encourage more people to get fit and also, I can raise some money to help other people through Sport In Mind”

We’re proud to share that our Youth Journals have been refreshed and reimagined. Packed with new activities and updated content, they’re a fantastic way to help children and young people build healthy habits and look after their mental wellbeing.

Thoughtfully designed and full of colour, creativity, and practical tools, these journals support young people to explore their feelings, celebrate their strengths, and develop lifelong skills for positive mental health.
