We run tennis sessions every week in Buckinghamshire, Devon, Dorset, Berkshire, Monmouthshire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Sussex to support individuals struggling with their mental health. 🩵

The Sport in Mind Network: A community for organisations and individuals who want to create a lasting change in how mental health is portrayed and supported in the sports world.

Mental health is one of the most pressing challenges we face in the UK, and everything we do at Sport in Mind focuses on utilising the power of sport to tackle this head on. As a community, we have the power to do so much more. Whether you’re an employee, coach, clinician, charity leader, or advocate this is your invitation to join a growing community making real change.

The Sport in Mind Network brings together like-minded individuals to:
✅ Share best practices
✅ Collaborate on projects
✅ Educate through expert led webinars and resources
✅ Champion mental health through sport
