These results are after 2 sessions of Sculptra, 1 session remaining.

The changes here are subtle, and that is exactly the goal. We are starting to see early collagen stimulation with improved mid-face support, softening through the nasolabial folds, and better definition along the jawline.

This was so hard for me to share.

In 2020 this was my skin without makeup.
Overfilled, regular sunbeds, hyperpigmentation that I tried to cover instead of actually fixing.

I used to hate being “pale”. I thought I looked better with a constant tan, but really I was just damaging my skin and creating problems I’d later have to work so hard to correct.

The hardest part is I had access to everything. Every treatment, every product, every option. But I’ve learned that just because you can do more, doesn’t mean you should.

It’s taken years of wearing SPF every single day, using medical grade skincare and choosing regenerative treatments to repair the UV damage and rebuild my skin. It didn’t happen quickly and it definitely didn’t happen by adding more.

I took these photos yesterday in that little bit of sun we had. My skin isn’t perfect, and I’m not pretending it is. But I’ve come such a long way.

And now I finally feel confident enough to just wear tinted SPF and a little blusher.

This is exactly why I focus so much on being natural. Why I tell people off for using sunbeds and bang on about the risks. Not to judge, but because I’ve lived it.
