I WILL BE BACK 🫶🏼

Sending so much love to my followers, & clients. My personal life has got absolutely hectic which I need to prioritise and focus on at the moment so I can show up 110% for my clients.

My whole heartedly aim is to support and help women and I want to be fully present.

I want to be fully transparent and be honest with my page and content. Sometimes we all do need to just take a step back. I’d support my clients with this, so I always have to take my own advice (which we all find hard lol).

I’m still in the DMs but not as present with posting.

Here’s the thing: stress isn’t just in your mind; it affects your body, your hormones, and how you show up for life. But you can take control. 💪✨

Managing stress doesn’t have to be complicated.

Start small:
🧘‍♀️ Deep breaths before you pick up your phone.
⏰ Create pockets of “me time” in your day.
🚶‍♀️ Get outside, move your body, and soak in nature.

You’re doing ALL the “right” things… but still feel stuck?

Let’s fix that (Bob the builder popped in my head - idk why 🤣)

Food tracking, 10k steps, and every other tracking measurement which out there will not get you to your goals, if you’re stressed and your hormones are imbalanced.

If you been have been told to cut your calories drastically, but not worry about the nutritional value, that’s also putting more stress on your body.

If you’re stressed with home/work life, ON TOP of stressing about losing weight and feeling your best - that’s also putting stress on your body.

If you are anxious about going out with your friends / partner / family, because you won’t have time to fit in your steps and your eating is “off plan”, then that’s going to be putting stress on your body.

The list can go on around…

When you are stressed, your body will be releasing cortisol (hormone), and will not be supporting your s*x hormones which will mean your hormones may become imbalanced (irregular periods, PMS symptoms, pain etc). Your body is going to make sure you get out of the fight/flight/freeze zone before making sure your s*x hormones are looked after.

As an example, high levels of cortisol can mean weight gain, high blood sugar levels, muscle tension, digestive issues, emotions hard to control.

Self-Care Week: What Does It Look Like for YOU? 💖

This weekend, I stepped outside my comfort zone and joined a group of amazing women for an outdoor adventure. For me, it was an act of self-care—a chance to recharge, connect, and soak in some fresh air.

But let’s be real: that might sound like your worst nightmare. And guess what? That’s okay.

Self-care is deeply personal. It’s about doing what feels good for YOU and supports your mind, body, and soul. It might be:
✨ A calming meditation or yoga session.
🛁 A bath with your favorite face mask.
🌿 A solo hike or a peaceful walk.
📖 Curling up with a book and some herbal tea.
🎶 Blasting your favorite playlist and dancing it out.

There’s no “one size fits all” when it comes to self-care. The key is to figure out what fills your cup and gives you the energy to thrive.
