Youâre doing ALL the ârightâ things⌠but still feel stuck?
Letâs fix that (Bob the builder popped in my head - idk why đ¤Ł)
Food tracking, 10k steps, and every other tracking measurement which out there will not get you to your goals, if youâre stressed and your hormones are imbalanced.
If you been have been told to cut your calories drastically, but not worry about the nutritional value, thatâs also putting more stress on your body.
If youâre stressed with home/work life, ON TOP of stressing about losing weight and feeling your best - thatâs also putting stress on your body.
If you are anxious about going out with your friends / partner / family, because you wonât have time to fit in your steps and your eating is âoff planâ, then thatâs going to be putting stress on your body.
The list can go on aroundâŚ
When you are stressed, your body will be releasing cortisol (hormone), and will not be supporting your s*x hormones which will mean your hormones may become imbalanced (irregular periods, PMS symptoms, pain etc). Your body is going to make sure you get out of the fight/flight/freeze zone before making sure your s*x hormones are looked after.
As an example, high levels of cortisol can mean weight gain, high blood sugar levels, muscle tension, digestive issues, emotions hard to control.
