Reset your habits, not your happiness – no extremes, no restrictions, just real progress!
The January Reset is an 8-week programme starting on 4th January, designed to help you step into 2026 feeling stronger, more confident and back in a routine that fits your real life.
We’ll kick off the programme with a live virtual goal-setting session to help you set clear intentions, define your goals, and put a plan in place so you start the new year with purpose and structure.
Here’s what’s included:
