✨ Huge congratulations to Steph on reaching 10 years with Cavity and thank you for spending nearly the entirety of your dental nursing career with us :)
Steph shares her journey:
"I Qualified in January 2014 and have enjoyed being with Cavity so much; the 10 years have flown by. It has given me confidence and a wealth of experience working in many different practices and locations. I have worked in Wales, the West Midlands, and now the South/South East. The ability to move locations while still having the security of employment has been amazing. With a husband in the military, I have had to be flexible, and Cavity has given me the opportunity to do that.
I have worked in a variety of practices, ranging from NHS, private, military, hospitals, and psychiatric prisons. I have assisted with an array of treatments and have met some fantastic people along the way. I am a sociable, friendly, yet very passionate and professional dental nurse, which has been reflected in the many wonderful comments I have received from practices.
I then wanted to expand my knowledge and take on a new challenge, which is when I joined the Cavity training team. My time in this department was relatively short- I worked with the team for over a year- but it was amazing. I taught and assisted new dental nurses, watched them grow, met new clients, and promoted Cavity’s name and brand.
My newest challenge to date is being on maternity leave and looking after my cheeky six-month-old son, Rowan, who has recently got his first tooth. 🦷"
