How's your week been? Really been?
Has it felt light, calm and like things are finally flowing?
Or has it felt heavy… busy… emotional… overwhelming… or just a bit too much?
Did you do the things you wanted to do?
Or did it feel like you were just trying to get through?

Not every week is productive.
Not every week is calm.
Not every week feels like progress.
And that’s okay.
