As we enter hayfever season, here are 5 tips to help you manage seasonal allergies naturally:

Magnesium isn’t trendy - it’s Essential 🩶

Mighty Magnesium!

There are so many benefits to having enough of this wonderful mineral in the body.

First of all, it's an amazing relaxant. It can help with constipation, sleep, reducing stress levels but that's not all! Check out the image below for all of the other benefits.

A deficiency in magnesium has also been linked to ADHD, due to it's role in neurotransmitters that control emotion, social reactions, hyperactivity and attention.
