Yesterday, we had another great stop on our journey to educate and support the community! This time, we were in Midgham, spreading awareness about stroke recognition and fall prevention.

Did you know that falls account for 50% of injuries in people over 80 years old? It’s a serious issue, but one we can work to prevent together! We also talked about the importance of acting F.A.S.T. when recognizing the signs of a stroke—it can truly save lives.

As always, our audience was fantastic—engaged, interactive, and welcoming! We hope everyone enjoyed their tea, coffee, cake, and of course, the little goodie bag to take home.

A huge shoutout to our presenters, Darius and Mike—they have a way of capturing attention effortlessly! How do they do it? 😉 Maybe it’s their passion, their knowledge, or just a little bit of magic!

A Great Afternoon in Compton!

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of joining a wonderful local group in Compton to share important insights on stroke and falls awareness. It was fantastic to meet so many lovely and engaged people, and we truly hope our talk added a little extra knowledge to the discussion.

Darius, as always, did an excellent job presenting, and this time, our CQC Registered Manager, Mike, joined him for a great alternation of insights. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made the afternoon even more special, and it looked like everyone enjoyed the snacks and refreshments.

A huge thank you to Jack from 50/50 Coffee for providing his delicious coffee and chocolate, which were a real treat! And a big thank you to Patricia for inviting us to be part of this fantastic community gathering.

We love being able to share knowledge and support our community, and we look forward to many more events like this!
