How are you celebrating Pancake Day today? Your patients don’t need to miss out - try this quick and easy protein packed pancake recipe using Altraplen Compact Daily.

🥞 Here’s how to make them:
• 125ml (½ carton) Altraplen Compact Daily Vanilla
• 30ml whole milk
• 1 egg
• 50g plain flour
👩🏻‍🍳Method:
1️⃣ Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir/whisk until smooth.
2️⃣ Heat 1 tbsp oil in a small frying pan.
3️⃣ Pour in enough mixture to coat the pan evenly.
4️⃣ Cook for a few minutes on each side until golden.
5️⃣ Repeat until all the mixture is used up.

Add your fave toppings 🍓🫐 We used strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, a drizzle of honey 🍯 and a dusting of icing sugar.

💪 568 kcal | 24g protein (without toppings)
Makes 4 crepes or 2 thick, fluffy pancakes.
